Project overview

Flyttditt matches private customers with moving companies. The old solution had one long form with a high drop-off rate, and the companies received enquiries without enough information to quote. We split the flow, added save-as-you-go, and cut the questions down to what is actually needed.

Challenges

  • A 24-field form in a single step caused very high abandonment
  • Incomplete enquiries meant a lot of manual follow-up
  • No way for a customer to continue later
  • Moving companies had no overview of their own enquiries

  • A multi-step form with visible progress and per-step validation
  • Automatic saving so customers can pick up where they left off
  • Conditional logic that only asks what is relevant
  • A simple dashboard for companies with status and response deadlines
